Tattered Beans
About us
Tattered Beans is a coffee platform with a simple mission: sell exceptional freshly roasted coffee to fuel and fundraise for individuals, charities, organizations, and teams.
Who we are
We are part of Tattered Lives Farm, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 84-3704953). Every bag that moves through Tattered Beans is meant to do more than brew well—it helps someone or some cause keep going.
How the coffee helps
After coffee cost, 80% of each bag’s profit goes to the supported profile and 20% goes to the website. Shipping is charged separately and is not part of that split. Buyers can choose a person or cause to support, or send their order directly to Tattered Lives Farm.
Who can create a profile
Entrepreneurs, teams raising money, charities, and organizations with a cause are welcome. Hate groups are not. Profiles outside a personal account are reviewed so we can confirm authorization and where payouts should go.
Military & community
Support for active-duty military, National Guard members, and veterans remains a core value of Tattered Beans. We also stock merchandise—coffee cups and hats—with proceeds going to Tattered Beans and Tattered Lives Farm, not individual fundraising profiles.
