• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, descriptions, and images of our products (such as coffee roasts and merchandise). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.
• Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
• Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, and to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Billing and Payments

We accept online forms of payment including but not limited to major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable payment method for the total amount of your order, including any shipping and handling fees and taxes.

Profile Payouts: Payout for products bought under your profile will be paid out once your account has reached $100 and paid out weekly thereafter regardless of the amount.

Payouts will be made to the payout/bank account you have uploaded to your profile to receive payouts to.

Payouts may not be instantly received. Check with your bank on how long it takes to receive funds transferred.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

• Shipping: Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we DO NOT accept returns on roasted coffee beans. A site credit or a refund on the card product was purchased on will be issued within 7 business days from the time of agreed refund with customer and customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
• Non-Perishable Goods: Merchandise and gear may be returned within 5 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to the Tattered Lives Farm, Inc. DBA, Tattered Beans name, logos, text, graphics, images, product names, and software, is the property of Tattered Beans and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to:

• Violate any local, state, federal, or international laws.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
